Story 01

From Holiday Rental to Settled Resident

The Situation

A couple from the Netherlands had visited Koh Samui twice on holiday and wanted to try living there for a year. They were unsure which part of the island suited them and had only seen the tourist areas.

How We Helped

We began with a long conversation about their daily routines, preferred pace of life, and practical needs. We then shortlisted three properties across different areas — Chaweng, Bophut, and a hillside location near Nathon.

Outcome

They chose the Bophut option — quieter than they expected to prefer, but clearly the right fit once they saw it. They renewed their lease after the first year and added caretaking for summer travel periods.
