Service 01
Chaweng Area Rentals
Furnished villas, apartments, and bungalows near Koh Samui's Chaweng Beach, available for one to eight weeks. Properties are selected for a balance of beach proximity and residential calm — close enough to enjoy the coast, far enough from nightlife noise.
Each listing is personally reviewed for comfort, ventilation, and access to shops and restaurants. A good base for visitors who want beach-adjacent living without the constant bustle.

Island Rental Consultation
A patient search service for tenants considering six-month or longer stays on Koh Samui. The consultation starts with understanding your vision for island life — beachfront or hillside, social or secluded, active or restful.
Properties are recommended based on genuine compatibility with your expressed preferences. Each suggestion comes with candid notes on trade-offs and benefits. Viewings are accompanied and relaxed.

Service 03
Island Caretaking Service
Monthly property care for tenants who travel or spend portions of the year off-island. A tropical property left unattended for weeks can develop real problems — moisture, pests, ventilation — that are much easier to prevent than repair.
Includes condition checks, cleaning coordination, ventilation management, pest monitoring, and swift communication about any issues requiring attention. Reports with photos are shared after each visit.
