What is included in the Island Rental Consultation fee?

The one-time fee covers the initial conversation about your needs, property search and shortlisting, accompanied viewings, candid written notes on each property reviewed, and support through lease signing and early settling in. There are no additional charges for the consultation itself.

How does the caretaking service work when I'm travelling?

We visit your property each month to check its condition — ventilation, cleanliness, any maintenance needs, and pest presence. After each visit, we share a brief report with photos. If something needs attention, we contact you promptly with clear information and, where needed, coordinate with appropriate service providers.

Are properties furnished?

Yes — all short-term Chaweng rentals are furnished and set up for immediate living. For the longer-term consultation service, furnishing varies by property; we note this clearly when presenting options.

Can I use both the consultation and caretaking services together?

Yes. Many of our long-term clients use the consultation service to find and settle into a property, then continue with caretaking when they travel. The two services complement each other well.
